WELCOME TO JEN'S POOL!

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE......BUT CAN BE RESCHEDULED ONCE TO A TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY TIME SLOT.

6am to 8am weekday time slots are SELF-SERVICE only, and are not designed for more than 5 people without prior approval.  These are offered for early morning workout or rehab/recovery slots, and although I will be home, I will not be awake enough to greet you personally (I work late).  The poolhouse will be ready for you though, and please leave it ready for the next person, as I will not be around to clean up between bookings for those hours.

ALL GUESTS ATTENDING YOUR POOL RESERVATION WILL NEED TO BE COUNTED AND PAID FOR.  YES, EVEN IF THE GUEST IS NOT PLANNING TO SWIM.  YES, EVEN FOR KID'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES.

Please make your reservation based on the number of guests expected to attend.  If you want to add extra guests later, you can pay when you arrive at the rate of $2 per hour, per guest.  We have a one hour booking minimum.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY IS 25.  ONCE THE GUEST LIMIT OF 25 IS REACHED, ADDITIONAL GUESTS BE NOT BE ADMITTED. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARKED CARS IS 8. ONCE THAT NUMBER IS REACHED, ADDITIONAL CARS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. We are a smaller venue, on a quiet residential street. Our insurance and the city will not allow us to hold larger gatherings.  PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.  DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET!!

Please enter and leave the pool house at your appointed reservation times, as we do run a tight schedule of bookings.  If you need to arrive early to set up for a party, you will need to reserve the time you need for preparation.  And please do not wait until your reservation is over to begin cleaning up.
