Please make your reservation based on the number of guests attending.  We have a one hour booking minimum.  Your dog is counted as a guest 😉

If you would like to add free birthday party guests that will not be swimming, FOR A CHILD'S PARTY ONLY, then you MUST PAY FOR a birthday party package. Otherwise all guests on the property will be counted as a pool guest and must be paid guests. However, MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY IS 25.  ONCE THE GUEST LIMIT OF 25 IS REACHED, ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS BE NOT BE ADMITTED. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARKED CARS IS 8. ONCE THAT NUMBER IS REACHED, ADDITIONAL CARS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. We are a smaller venue, on a quiet residential street. Our insurance and the city will not allow us to hold larger gatherings.  PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Please enter and leave the pool house at your appointed reservation times, as we do run a tight schedule of bookings.  If you need to arrive early to set up for a party, you will need to reserve the time you need for preparation.  And please do not wait until your reservation is over to begin cleaning up.
